Aspect Studios is a Berlin-based photo studio that helps startups, founders, and creative teams show up with clarity and confidence. With a modern, vibrant visual style, it offers portraits and brand visuals that feel professional, authentic, and unmistakably Berlin.
BRAINSTORM
In the early stages, I collected images and references that captured the feeling I wanted for a photo studio in Berlin, something modern, confident, and a little unconventional. I also spent a lot of time experimenting with different fonts and logo directions, aiming for something that felt sharp and instantly recognisable.
This part of the process is really important to me, pairing type with imagery helps me see what fits and what doesn't. It's how I figure out the tone before anything else takes shape.
AUDIENCE ANALYSIS
With Aspect Studios, I wanted to create something that speaks to young startups, founders, and creative teams , people in their late 20s and 30s who are building something fresh and want to show up with confidence. The vibe had to match the spirit of Kreuzberg and the wider Berlin scene: a little bold, a little alternative, definitely not too polished.
It's for brands that care about how they look, but also want to stay real. A studio that feels professional, but with personality.This balance was key to making Aspect stand out to an audience that values aesthetics, storytelling, and self-expression just as much as credibility.
lAUNCH
The final look of Aspect Studios is vibrant, modern, and a little alternative, just like Berlin. I worked with a tight color palette of black, red, yellow, and blue to keep things bold and consistent without overwhelming the visuals. I also brought in gradients and abstract patterns as part of the brand direction, which felt right for the expressive, creative energy of the city.
The typography is a clean, modern sans serif that ties everything together and keeps the overall look sharp and contemporary.
